The aromatic

Aged on the yeast in Burgundy barriques for 24 months. Subtle nose with notes of ripe apple, pineapple and citrus fruits. Hints of crème brulée and white flowers. Slender on the palate, with fresh acidity and a salty-mineral finish in which herbal notes are also noticeable. A great white wine that ages excellently. Versatile to use with fine dishes, poultry or even fine soups.
