Assemblage of Pinot noir, Garanoir, Diolinoir and Merlot.Aromatic, tannic assemblage wine, strong dark red color, intense volume, matured in barriques. The grape musts are first matured separately in large oak barrels for 12 months, depending on the variety. They are then brought together as young wines in the optimal ratio in barriques and then matured for 18 months to become a mature, full-bodied Cuvée noire. Can be stored well - the wine gains additional intensity through storage
